Filter disappears when clicking reverse on excluded terns ids

I am trying to set a filter for specific tags on my site, when I try and exclude terms ids they are not excluded in the frontend and when I click on reverse which would be the easier method the filter disappears from view.
I get the following appearing in the console:
Missing data from PHP (wpNotesArgs).
(anonymous) @ admin-bar-v2.js?ver=11.1.1-202228:3
(anonymous) @ admin-bar-v2.js?ver=11.1.1-202228:73
That is something that I don't understand, please could you assist me?

What appeared in the console was to do with Jetpack which I have now deactivated, the original issue is still there.
