Filter can be used in the header on every page as well as all product pages?

This plugin has an option for a dropdown.
Your documents says that only 1 filter can be added in any page, so I am thinking as we have a filter in the header of the website, which is in all pages, that if if we use your filter plugin for adding different filters in the shop page, then I am not sure if it work or not?
Also is it possible to add a hierarchy drop-down for these 3 options?

Categories, Brand, Product-type.
When the user selects the categories it will work like this:
