Filter by SKU not working

We recently upgraded from v.2.2.4.2 to v.3.3.2. Filter by SKU has stopped working since the upgrade. Attempting to filter by SKU returns all results.

SKU filter field is labeled"Search by Item #" test by using"2364" which is one of our bestsellers.

Resulting filter URL is: https://genealogical.com/store/?gpc_search=1&woof_sku=2364 you can see that all results are returned.

Have attempted to clear cache, have reassembled data file, have disabled and re-enabled Searching by SKU extension, still having the same issue.
