Hi,

I need to filter by Shipping Class (ex. oversized item) then add a tag to those filtered items.  Is this possible?

Unfortunately the plugin does not have this feature.

Unfortunately this is not a reason for  the refund

In the description and documentation of the plugin, we did not announce this feature. also the plugin has a free version but you haven't used it
