Dear Support Team,

We are facing following issue and kindly ask for your help in fixing it : filter by Product Name stopped working after latest update.

When running the filter, all other filter criteria like colour and size correspond to the product that should appear. However, the result show no products.

We have not changed the code for text filtering

can  you  install  this  plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/

nice to hear from you.

It is also possible that the text filtering issue was present prior to the latest WP and Woof update.

Query monitor is installed now.

Very strange! I was sure that I answered you on Friday. even found a video of the filter test I made for you.  sorry for delay
