Hi again,

we have disabled the auto-send functionality. The filter is working fine on desktop computers, however the filter button doesn't appear on mobile devices. That is, I can see the button to show all the filter options but not the button to send the form.

Please see the attached images related to the issue.

Thank you very much in advance

hello

Please update the  plugin  to latest  version - https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

Yes, I see you disabled autosubmit for the widge.  To  disable autosubmit for autofilter - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230327131127.png

It worked, Pablo.

Thank you very much.

is it possible to set up auto-send only for computers but not for mobile devices?

That is, auto-send for computers.

Filter without auto-send for mobile devices.

I have tried it by creating 2 widgets and widget options, but it seems to be a conflict between the two widgets by wanting to have a different configuration for each.

Thank you in advance

Hello

Unfortunately, only one filter (widget\shortcode) should work on one page

Yes, you can create two widgets with different settings for different devices. But you should use a functionality that will display widgets depending on the device - https://es.wordpress.org/plugins/widget-options/

Thank you, Pablo.

I am not sure I understand the answer correctly. Let me explain it more clearly to confirm if that is possible or not.

In same sidebar I would like to have 2 widgets, each one with a Husky filter with different configuration.

  • Widget 1:  Husky filer with auto-send (filter only visible on computers)
  • Widget 2:   Husky filter without auto-send (filter only visible on mobile devices)

would it be possible to do this?

Thank you in advance for your support

Hello

Yes! Just make these widgets with different settings - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230404012757.png.  Show/hide widget depending on the device - https://wordpress.org/plugins/widget-options/

If you hide the widget with CSS, the two filters will conflict

Thank you, Pablo.

It is not exactly working like this in our theme, but we can solve it in a different way.

I have a different issue (I hope the last one...), so I would open another thread because it is about another topic

Thanks

Hello

Ok!  Welcome;)
