Filter breaks Woocommerce module

I checked all the plugins to see what is causing the issue as seen in this link where product images are double...
Only Husky plugin is causing the issue, and when disabled the Woo Related module then works fine.

Thank you for your reply. I have tried by using another module which does not cause the issue. If I revert back to the old then I will try your method.
