Fatal error, after updateting to 3.4.x from 3.4.3 on wordpress 6.3.1

The error results in wordpress site being unusable till plugin deactivation and rollback

PHP Fatal error: Cannot declare class WOOF_EXT_SEL_RADIO_CHECK, because the name is already in use in /home/customer/www/mydomain.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-products-filter/ext/select_radio_check/index.php on line 6

*typo in plugin version number

current version: 3.3.3

updated version (that crashes): 3.3.4.3

Wordpress version: 6.3.1 (also tested with 6.2)

Before installing/updating you should remove the old version of the plugin
