I use PolyLang Pro + PolyLang for WC. When I use WOOBE to duplicate products, it always added Language 20. I delete it from Language settings. But when I duplicate product, Language 20 is added back again. Also sometimes it added language 86.
I don't have Language 20 or 86, and they are not language at all. Not sure where does it comes from, is it woobe's bug or do I have some invisible data?
Do you know which DB tables contain language values, I can query and check.

Just updated to version 2.1.4.1, error still show, when I duplicated one product from bulk-editor, one extra language named"26" is created.
If I go to product page and choose copy to New Draft, then no problem.

yes, you can disable plugins for a short moment for testing purpose.
Unfortunately, the file manager is not safe to use (on a live site)
To get ftp access you can write to hosting support
ftp access is given.
