I'm using Bear for years without any problems, but  I moved one of my site to pressable server, and the export stopped working.

When Im trying to export some data to csv, or xml the console gives back an error message. The console gives 500 internal server error.

That's what I see in the log:

What plugin version number are you using?

Perhaps the settings of your new server do not allow the plugin to create files

Sorry, we reached a limit and It dind't saved your access. I gave mine. It should work now.

unfortunately I can't connect. Perhaps you have an IP restriction(added  to private  data)

And there may also be a problem with the plugin due to server settings, permission for the wp-content folder. My plugin can't open the file for writing. In this case, you should check your security settings

Yeah I added the SFTP url, it works for me now, but this pressable server is quite strict. I think the problem is with the writing permission. Their servers are very fast but the settings are quite limited.

I'm contacting them now, and I will let you know if We found out anything.
