Hi

We are running a copy of your plugin on a staging URL which we have setup for our client.

We have added some of the filters but we are now at the stage where we need to exclude/include certain filters from certain categories. When we add the terms id for the category to the relevant filter in the"excluded terms ids" field, nothing changes within the filter where it is meant be excluded. We have also tried the reverse option which just hides filter altogether.

Not sure what, if anything, we are doing wrong, the terms id is correct, just does not work.

We set up an example, the id for following (Iceberg) has been set to be excluded for Brands:

https://fragrance.kinsta.cloud/product-category/fragrance-brands-at-fragrance-house/iceberg-fragrances/

We are using the theme Woodmart v7.0.4 running WordPress 6.2.2 and PHP 8.0

the stage where we need to exclude/include certain filters from certain categories - The plugin does not have this feature. If you mean these fields - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230703211146.png - this is the exclusion of rerms from the current taxonomy

Hi

We haved added the purchase code for your attention.

Please find below a link to a series of PDFs with the filter structure that we require for each section:

Is this possible with your software and if so how do we go about achieving it.

If there are any questions please let us know.

Unfortunately the plugin does not have this feature.

The plugin can only hide filters that do not have products in the context of the current category (search query)
