Error with sale price

Hello, I am trying to add the sales, as I use to do every time, but I get an error message and can't continue.
I was thinking it was because of the multiple items, but in the past i did it with way more items than now.
Do you know why could that be happening?

I think when i filter with the SKU with many different sku's it stops working properly.

I do not know where I can find my license key. I have just added the access info
Before I tried to filter by one attribute and it worked.
When i use filter by sku with many items seperated by comma the most of the times it gives me all the products unfiltered.
When I don't and make it to add a sale or sale date, after a very long wait, I just get an error message with no further information about error.
