Error when filtering stock

I would like to ask a question regarding an error I get on my website spica-sport.si, when I try to filter by stock, I get an error:
"DataTables warning: table id=advanced-table - Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see http://datatables.net/tn/7"
I only get an error when filtering stock, all other filters work perfectly.
We paid a company to make us a webstore and your plugin was installed, but I have no idea is it a pro version or a free one. Seeing that everything works perfectly and we have history of edits, it might be paid. But I don't have any way of knowing or getting licence, since the company that made our webstore stopped working with us and is totaly unresponsive.
Can you possibly help me?

What plugin version number are you using?
I'm using 2.1.1. I checked and this appears to be february 2022 update. Oops. Didn't even notice.
I don't have any update buttons available.
How can we update to latest version without losing all settings?
