Empty filter options appear

Filter options appear at irregular intervals on the individual product category pages that are actually empty and do not apply to the corresponding products. I have hidden empty filter options in the settings. Where is the error? The individual product categories can be accessed from here: https://ipc-core.de/produkte/

But the error still exists. For example, I filter something in the"Rack PC" product group, then I reset the filter and switch to another product group via the menu and then the wrong filters are displayed.
Or a second error occurs. I filter a certain attribute in a category and then when the filter has loaded, both attributes are no longer displayed for filtering.
In addition, the filter has been loading very slowly since the update.
