I have Bear Pro and I want to bulk edit EAN numbers but the field doesn't show up.  The format should be 56484593 but it appears as 564845.93.  Can this be rectified?

Also we have many duplicate products how can I identify them and bulk delete, please?  The most accurate field would be EAN but the problem is as above

I don't really want a refund but I can't do it.  I get Trojan warnings from your links so I don't know what you are showing me.  Could we get on a brief call?
