Dynamic recount not working correctly

In my product category page, the filter is not recounting correctly. For example, I have two attributes, Color and Automations. Initially there are two colors (black and grey) and two automations (Wifi (4) and Smartphone application (18)). When selecting the black color, the page refreshes and all colors appear. In addition, the automations values increase (Wifi (26) and Smartphone application (63)).

Just entered the site and I not see increasing of terms, for example now options on shop page https://c2n.me/4nn45f4.png, then I selected black color https://c2n.me/4nn46H6.png and I see descreasing of terms, and not increasing. So please by screenshots and exact links to the stage site describe me what by your opinion is the issue

It seems that on shop page it's working, but there are problems on product category pages.
