Duplicate images on the catalog page

When I select the"Show image of variation" it duplicates the images for the product on the catalogue page. I want to show the variable image when customer filters by specific color. How do I fix this? My theme is Flatsome and wp version 5.6

Unfortunately the current theme is not compatible with this feature.

I have fixed the issue myself. I have changed the following to make it work. I am posting the change below if anyone comes across the same issue in future. Or you may fix that in your next update.
