Dropdown Taxonomy for custom Pages by Shortcode or similar

first of all: I am an absolutly beginner in Wordpress and tasks that follow working with Wordpress. So please be kind with me. I know that some questions will be very stupid for more experienced users than me.
Explanation of my problem:
I already bought a Filtre Plugin, but in the end, just a few days after my refund policy expired, the developer told me: ,,Oh our plugin is not working with your theme..." . So now I am little bit more carefully and try to test WOOF before I buy premium version.
In my woocommerce Shop I would like to integrate dropdown taxonomys, like this → ( https://prnt.sc/12yd9ue). I created these taxonomys with the old plugin, but they don´t work. They look nice, but not wokring. Is it possible to create different of these taxonomys with WOOF and integrate these to the different categorys by custom pages.
First of all: is it possible to create different search forms? Like in this case (Hersteller (Manufacturer) / Modell / Year). And on an other page something similar looking, but for Tyres: (Width / Diameter)??? (https://prnt.sc/12ydak9)
If this is possible: How to do it? I watched the tutorial videos three times, but i don´t get it how to create things like this.
