draft/hidden product still counted

Hello, this issue was reported a few times but i could not find any solution.
i had a product linked to all categories for promotion, now i hide this product but it is still counted.
my config:
- Listen catalog visibility: YES
- Cache dynamic recount number for each item in filter: had yes and no and cleared cache as well
- Cache terms: had yes and no and cleared cache as well

for instance"Bracenet" product category shows 1 as result, but the product is hidden.

Yes indeed -.- is it possible, that W3 Total Cache is blocking something? or WPML (always troubles). weird! And now also woorking on the live ^^
