Quote from tgm on March 23, 2024, 17:02Hi, I hope you can help me....
Despite only using the following shortcode on my Woocommerce shop page - two sets of results are returned.
[woof id='1']
[woot id='1 filter_provider='woof']
The WOOT results are returned first and then the standard Woocommerce results are also shown beneath.
What is worst is that I need the 'Ajaxify my site' to work to prevent the re-loading of the page. This is working on the 2nd set of results, but not the WOOT results. So I guess the fact that it is working on the 2nd set is a good thing, but there's obviously a conflict between the two.
How can I prevent the 2nd set of search results (WooCommerce) and only return the WOOT product table results - complete with Ajax filtering?
I really appreciate your help thank you!

Quote from Pablo Borysenco on March 25, 2024, 13:51ok. you are using a category template with products displayed. It just depends on your theme
Please create a custom page with shortcodes:

The shortcodes you mentioned is what I use. However, I've noticed that my theme changes the template of the page to (what must be) a category template when I select it as the base page for the shop in WooCommerce (the template dropdown option when editing the page disappears). It does however remove the double results returned.
As a workaround, I selected a page which I'm not using i.e. basket as the default WooCommerce shop base (as I'm using external links to products so the basket is not needed) and add the short codes. I just then use a custom / new page which has the option to change the template. But I am still faced with not being able to ajaxify the results. I really need to be able to do this with the current theme. Is there some code I can add to the short codes to enable this? I have tried : [woof id='1' is_ajax=1] but this doesn't work.
As the ajax filter was working on the 2nd set of double results before - I am hopeful that we can get this to work with this work-around approach with woof & woot? :)
Thanks!

Unfortunately, only pagination and sorting will work in ajax mode; (HUSKY)filtering requires a page reload

Quote from tgm on March 26, 2024, 12:32Sorry, I don't understand.
Do you mean HUSKY needs a page reload for filtering and this will only work when you set your WooCommerce shop page to the page with the HUSKY and Woot short codes?
[woof id='1']
[woot id='1 filter_provider='woof']
Can we not get HUSKY filtering to work on any other page where the shortcodes exist?
Sorry, I don't understand.

Quote from tgm on March 26, 2024, 14:26Sorry for the confusion....
I assumed that HUSKY and Woot template / plugins were designed to work with each other. I'm surprised to see that the standard WooCommerce template results are changed with Ajax without the need to reload the screen - but the Woot page results page needs to be re-loaded when using the HUSKY filter.
Am I missing something or is there 'anyway' we can filter woot using Husky + Ajax?
Thanks again for your help.
