i categorize my products with binded editing. First i filter them by my "new arrivals" category and then i check some products and send them to the proper path. The problem is that some times plug in works properly (unchecks them , sends them and hide them from my list of new arrivals) and other times gets the right path but leaves them in my list (of new arrivals). I am i doing something wrong?

After the changes, you should reapply the filters.(Just click filtr btn)
