Hi,

I'm using the pro version over a year now.

Lately not all sizes are shown (especialy the most popular ones - those with the most products attached, for example: xs, s, m, l, xl and xxl).

Next to that the"excluded terms" list doesn't work. If I enter the id of the size (is this the same as the slug?) nothing is showed anymore.

This is the site: https://hebbedingkleding.be/shop/?swoof=1&product_cat=kleding

Thanks,

Tim

Thanks, I've entered the license key en wp-admin access.

With the ID it now filters the sizes, but still a lot of them still doesn't show up.

Thanks!

Hello

This attribute was not created correctly! Attributes have no hierarchy at all but some size terms have a parent element - this is not correct. Filter does not display child attributes

Hi

Thanks for finding this. Any idea how to edit this, because in the backend I can't find that? Maybe directly in the database?

Hello

because in the backend I can't find that?  - Yes, because it's not the right setting for attributes.

you can try to change it in the database, but be careful always make a backup. Table - wp_term_taxonomy column - parent

Super, that did the trick :). Thanks for the great support!
