Good day!
We installed your WordPress Currency Switcher Professional (WPCS) application for our site, but it does not work correctly - it is only available to authorized users of the site (and this is only the administration) and is not available to everyone else.
We installed the free version of the plugin for testing, but we do not want to buy the paid version if the plugin does not work in the database.
In addition, tell me the shortcode (if any) for inserting the current exchange rate informer in one line - for placement in the site header next to the current date and similar informers.

1) If the site visitor is not authorized (we do not have authorization for regular users), then when trying to convert currency, he sees the message: You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.
2) Yes, we have caching from WP Supercash, JetPak CDN and Jetpack Boost (basic versions of plugins). We have enabled the corresponding option in the settings of your application.
3) The meaning of the shortcode [wpcs_code_rate code=USD] is not clear - it just displays some numbers without explanation.
4) We have a bilingual site, the basic version of the PolyLang plugin is responsible for translation, but it does not see your plugin and does not translate your English into ours (Ukrainian). For some reason, your plugin was translated into Russian automatically. How can I translate it into Ukrainian?
5) If you provide an e-mail, we will send you a link to the page of our site with your converter.

  1. It looks like the problem has nothing to do with our plugin.

  3. Yes, it only shows the rate. For other functionality, you need to customize the code.
  4. This plugin is translated like any standard plugin and cannot make decisions on its own for translations into random languages.

Hello

I checked your site. It looks like this is a conflict with a third party plugin.  It is possible that this is affected by security settings that do not allow an ajax request to be made.

Try disabling plugins that may have such functionality and do a test.
