Disable WOOF influence on breadcrumb

We use Rank Math breadcrumbs and have all sorts of filters setup for this plugin. This gets messed up when using WOOF filters.
Is it possible to completely disable WOOF rewrite of breadcrumb on result?
The concrete problem is that we have disabled"Shop" in breadcrumb, but this reappears on filter result.

The filter does not affect breadcrumbs. But the filter affects the display template of the results.
Then, based on the template, a third-party plugin forms breadcrumbs
