Hello,

The"Main categories", how can i have multiple terms selected? The Logic of filtering settings already set to"OR" . But since i have"Hide empty terms" selected, the other main categories can not selected.

Close the thread. I have fixed it.

"Disable swoof influence" Set to"No" and it working correctly.

No. It completely did not solved the issue.

If i select anything from"More Product Categories", then the main category terms hides

Do you have a plugin that adds taxonomies? For example, a brand.  Try to disable it to test.

Licence key added.

Not, have not used any plugins for taxonomies.

Brands is a part of woocommerce now. For other taxonomies, those are Category & attributes.

We just re-purchased it 28th November 2024. Probably client send me previous plugin licence which was"Woof" used on https://tyretectrading.co.uk/.

Will ask client to send the latest one.

 

So it worked correctly before?
