Different filter for each category

Can I make a different filter for each category?
I say why I want to do it.
I will upload a lot of products, about 40,000 and they are all different.
Let's say category"intercoolers" - there with the filter I will enter manufacturer and input and output of the intercoolers.
Another category"air filters" - there is car brand, car model, engine.
Another category"silicone splices" - there are sizes 25MM, 28MM, 30MM, 32MM, 35MM and so on.
I am also sending links to the same categories above in a ready version of an online store, as I want it to have the same functionality.

I am currently adding the filters for the different categories, but each category shows all the filters, which will not please customers and they will quickly abandon a purchase if they see too many filters that are not for the category they have selected.
