Deleting 5000 products - Error

When I wish to delete a large number of products each time I run I get an error. Is there anything to adjust to allow deleting
If it is useful, when I try to delete more than say 100 products using Woocommerce, products, All Products I get this error
Request-URI Too Long
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
Additionally, a 414 Request-URI Too Long error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
