Define which section the filtering takes place

Hey guys.
I have a woocommerce shop and using Divi theme. On my product page I have several shop modules in different rows: Top row is showing featured, the second row showing most recent. Below this I have a row with the ALL products shop + sidebar with this plugin. When I use the filter on that, the whole page filters even the top sections which I dont want to filter away from the set Featured products or New products.
How can I tell the plugin on that page to only filter the ALL PRODUCTS section?

If i remove that line, no filtering takes place at all anymore.
