Hello,

Our Shop's default product sort by, 'Best Sellers', is lost when a filter is applied. After a filter is applied the sort order changes to 'relevance', our default should be 'Best Seller 'at all times.

 

Please could you let us know why this problem is happening and how we can force it to stay on Best Seller?

very strange!  My plugin correctly passes all the data in WP_Query.

The problem occurs while displaying the sort menu

Can  I  test  it with  another theme?

Hi Pablo,

Thanks for working on this, everything is looking to be working correctly now!

I have however noticed that an icon (blue) for the filters has appeared on a product grid on the home page that wasn't there before, see screenshot. I realise we can just hide this with CSS, however in an effort to reduce unnecessary code on the home page, is there a way the function can be removed?

Hi Pablo,

I've just checked the sort by options again, and it looks like it isn't actually working properly. The list re-sorts, but it doesn't properly reoraganise them, I've only just noticed. You can check the alpabetical and price options to test this.

We are now working over on the live site, this is a straight copy of the staging so your login details will still work:
