I was able to load up to 50 items and their varations earlier, now i get this error even when I try 10 items and their variations... I upgraded from 2gb ram to 8 and still had the same issues... I shouldnt have to upgrade to 8GB to view 10 items and variations... please help.

Seems like I can do 20 items at a time, 3000 variations. Would be nice to do 100 at a time. then I only need to batch 3 times to to all 250 items instead of 15 times.

There is nothing in these errors that can cause such behavior.
Seems like I can do 20 items at a time, 3000 variations. - I'm not sure I understood you correctly. You can only show variations for one product but edit 3000 variations at a time - https://bulk-editor.com/video#video_2502
