We have purchased the BEAR – Bulk Editor and Products Manager plugin from Envato Market.
We are also using the WooCommerce Tiered Price Table (Premium) plugin to manage pricing for various user roles based on quantity. The meta keys related to tiered pricing (e.g., _wholesale_customer_2_tiered_price_regular_price) are visible as text fields in the bulk editor, and we can edit them manually.
Currently, we need to increase prices by 5% for all products. While the plugin allows updating regular and sale prices, it does not provide the same functionality for tiered pricing fields.
We are looking for customization with the following requirements:
Add a filter option based on user roles in the bulk editor.
Display tiered price keys with the same number field and operations (increase/decrease by percentage/amount) as regular price fields.
Kindly check and let us know the feasibility, solution approach, and cost estimation.

Unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature.
To implement such functionality you need code customization. Unfortunately, we don't have time to implement such functionality.
