Custom Tags not searchable

Morning, I have created custom tags (taxonomies). They are called"Sizes in mm" and"Sizes in Inches". See link to product page:
They are setup under WOOF and shows on the front-end. When I however search for these options they do not show and give below error as the filter lists all options and not just the ones available for the specific category. Can you please assist.
