Custom Sorting of Attribute Terms with WOOF

Hello,
We are using Product Merchandizing (https://woocommerce.com/products/product-merchandizing/) to make custom sorting of our categories and attributes.
(Ex: Default sort: Product A, Product B, Product C Custom Sort: Product C, Product B, Product B)
Using WOOF when selecting attributes it returns the sorting to the default value which is showing products we don't want to highlight as much.
Any suggestions?

It looks like an incompatibility with a third party plugin.

Thanks that worked as an alternative solution. That custom sorting was not working when we first started Woocommerce.
