Hi,
We have some custom css to align the buy now buttons, and it works, but only after we move to the next page or do some sort of sorting.

On initial load, the buttons are not aligned - when selecting next page or using the sort by function it works... any ideas?

My plugin does not affect the display of the product template.
Try to disable ajax mode and do test.
