Great product but we are having big issues with importing CSV files once WOOBE is installed.

If we wipe the catalog and import a new CSV everything imports correctly.

As soon as we make any edits or changes to the catalog using WOOBE, we can no longer import CSV files.

The import log shows a successful import but nothing has been written to product (variables, custom fields etc.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you use to import products.

Can  you  create a video  with the  issue?
