CSS not working

We are having an issue with our theme's (Udesign) custom css from the theme will not load when we have the HUSKY product filter AND Udesign Core plugin enabled.
We have tested this on other themes and there is no conflict with loading the custom CSS. A good example of this is the CSS class whitetextfnt which changes the font color on the flip boxes at the bottom of the home page. (the 'Visit our mills' flip card,specifically). I went to our theme developer and they basically said they can't make every plugin work for their theme, so I am hoping you can help us!!
Below is the name of the div class that has the issue when looking at inspect, as you can see the class is being inserted into the div classes for this div, but the CSS is not applied when both Udesign Core AND the HUSKY product filter are active in the account.
vc-hoverbox-wrapper whitetextfnt wpb_animate_when_almost_visible wpb_slideInLeft slideInLeft vc-hoverbox-shape--rounded vc-hoverbox-align--center vc-hoverbox-direction--default vc-hoverbox-width--100 wpb_start_animation animated
-there are other areas where this css doesnt load as well e.g the buttons on the blog page being udseign orange instead of a blue that we have in the Udeisgn CSS

Where you added this custom CSS?

We added the custom CSS in the Customize section of the site, which is where our theme options are.
There are no added caching plugins.
I am getting the license key from the client that owns the site now, and will reply with it soon. Thank you!!

Unfortunately I didn't find a reason.
but the reason is not in my plugin. Even if my plugin does not include files (the code is not executed at all - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240110175910.png ) - the CSS is not included
Try using another plugin for custom CSS
