I don't know why or what is causing this but, as an example, if you go to https://translineinc.com/product-category/traffic-sign-hardware/sign-posts/?swoof=1&really_curr_tax=76-product_cat and click any of the categories on the left, almost all of them work just fine. But, if you click Sign Posts, the website layout goes haywire and a critical site error can be seen.

I spoke to WP Engine to look at this, who recommended I try to disable/enable plugins one by one to isolate which caused the error. And it turns out that it's this one. If I disable WOOF Product Filter, then the Sign Posts page loads without issue (other than the blue box now being gone, of course). When I renable it, the error returns.

Any idea why this may be? I can create a new login to explore within the system if that helps resolve this. Just let me know.

Hello

Please  try  in  plugin  settings->Advanced-> Options - delete all text  in this  field - https://c2n.me/45uwJRv.png

Hi there,

When I go to that, it is already blank:

Hello

Ok! Please  install  this  plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/query-monitor/  - Then you can see the error text( https://c2n.me/45vH8Bv.png ) and pass it on to me

I installed the plugin and am not able to get any sort of display on the actual URL where the error is occurring, but I can get one on the page before it ( https://translineinc.com/product-category/traffic-sign-hardware/sign-posts/?swoof=1&really_curr_tax=76-product_cat - clicking Sign Posts leads to the error page )

Hello

Ok!  Please  drop  me  wp-admin access  - https://c2n.me/43SC6rb.png -> https://c2n.me/42BAoj4.png I will  check  it

Hi there! I have created a login for you on the Dev version of our site. Same URLs asa above, just the Dev root URL instead and so forth. Login details are in the hidden data as requested.

Hello

Please change the settings so that I can see - wpadminbar

It looks like you do have the ability to see the black admin bar. Try it on any page you see. The problem is that it doesn't show up (at all) on the page that has the error...

Hello

OK! On this  case  drop me   FTP access

Sure thing - I added it to the Private data for this topic.

Hello

Very strange!

My changes do not work.  Example:  https://c2n.me/45BUUNf.png

OR  I add  code:  https://c2n.me/45BUYvB.png - This should cause a fatal error!

Did  you  customize the plugin code?

I'm not sure if it was customized.

Since you're working on a Dev version, though, I'd be fine with you reverting it to a clean plugin state and seeing if anything from there could help out...

Hello

https://c2n.me/45C0sHx.png -  sorry it's my fault!  I made changes on the dev site but looked at the main site

It looks like a conflict with a child theme  - https://c2n.me/45C0PEK

I think  here - https://c2n.me/45C0Ya4.png

Can you tell me where you are seeing the errors shown in that last screenshot, so that I can play around and try to both replicate and investigate? Thank you :)

Hello

Here - https://c2n.me/45CF2JX.png

I've logged in to the Dev environment and switched back to the X Child theme and the site looks completely different. What changes were made to it?

Hello

I added  this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/error-log-monitor/   AND  disabled only the child theme! I also changed the settings of my plugin, but I returned it.  I didn’t make any changes anymore
