Conflict between filter and pagination

I included a function that enables the site to scroll back to the top after clicking on pagination.
However, every time I apply a filter, I'm unable to use the pagination anymore - the site kinda crashes.
Do you know why the filter is currently impacting the pagination? For example here:

I tried disabling AJAX but then Husky Filter stops working at all.
So, is there no solution for this then? Seems like its an common problem here for other people here too.

Unfortunately, many theme authors use custom pagination and it is impossible to develop ajax for all themes that do not use standard pagination
In any case, you first need to fix filtering in redirect mode
Try to disable SEO URL and do a test
Hmm also disabling SEO URL doesnt work yet.
Do you think in this case infinite scroll is a better solution?
