Lets say this brings up parts for a Jeep Wrangler 2006. Is there a way to do a range? Like 2007-2018?

So right now I pull product in from a data provider via PHP script/API. The screen shot shows some of what each product has, I know I am asking a lot and I am not that smart yet with all of this but how can I filter based on this information?
