Hi there,

I have recently implemented variable products into my website. We have a range of products which are simple LED lights. these come in different voltages and colours.

On my import i have a parent product which has all the colours and voltages separated by a comma but the woof filter is picking it up as one long taxonomy. I tried to exclude it but it didn't work.

see here: https://imgur.com/a/XbkgkIx

Is there anyway that the woof filter can separate these terms by the comma? It works for other taxonomies.

Hello

Paste your license key here - https://c2n.me/43SC6rb.png -> https://c2n.me/42HBIt7.png

woof filter is picking it up as one long taxonomy.  - My plugin uses only ready-made taxonomies. So check this  attribute  here - https://c2n.me/47KVW10.png

To  exclude terms please  use  id - https://c2n.me/47KW7ao.png

Thanks for that!

It was an attribute, not a taxonomy and the fix worked perfectly!

Hello

Great! Welcome;)
