I bought the commercial version with the colors showing as coloured dots. But suddenly I cannot find that anymore. What should I do?

the colors showing as coloured dots -  do you mean this? - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230116120248.png - in this case you need to activate this extension - https://products-filter.com/extencion/color
