Hi,

Can you help to set my category in alphabetical order? I've various category which has parent category as well as it's child category.

I've used a plugin Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order. Unfortunately, It doesn't work with the WOOF filter.

Can you provide me any code so I can change the order alphabetically for my category?

Thanks

Lokendra

Hello

check  option  please - https://c2n.me/46WLna4.png

Thanks for your reply. It works with alphabetical order. I have an issue with product filtration when I select multiple categories so It doesn't show the products.

If I select only one subcategory then it does the filter.

Hello

Please  drop me  exact  link to the  issue

Thanks for your kind response.

Please find the link here http://ix0.144.myftpupload.com/shop/

My question is if I select 'Most popular' i.e, Alleyn's school. Then, I'm not able to select the 'Other school' category as it count shows me '0' zero.

But, we want to filter multiple categories at the same time. But, it is filtering only a specific category.

Update  plugin  to  latest version

Thanks for your reply. I've updated the plugin in the latest version.

And I've already checked the OR method.

With the OR method if I select any school, select the checkbox of 'English' but it is also showing 'Math' in the result.

Please see the screenshot below:

Can you check to live? Here is the URL http://ix0.144.myftpupload.com/shop/

we are currently using the free version for our shop
1) What version of woo commerce do we need to be able to tick more then one category within a primary category. Eg we would like to tick more then one school within a primary category. With the free version, we can only tick one.
How much is the upgraded version of woo commerce and is this a one off or annual fee?
2) What version of woo commerce do we need to have a shop operate like the below?
Is this is a one-off fee or annual?
Can we implement this version without having to re-build the whole shop we’ve already built from scratch?

Thanks

Lokendra

Hi please, can you look into the above questions? I need to do a reply to my client.

Thanks in advance!

Hello Lokendra

Yes! https://c2n.me/479KNZ4.png - The plugin will show all products that have category - Aldenham school  OR English

What version of woo commerce do we need -  My plugin is WOOF

This plugin has only two versions - paid and free. The main difference is only in this functionality - https://c2n.me/479LmzO.png

Please  watch  a  video - https://products-filter.com/video-tutorials#video_beGT6p_look - many things will be clearer

Thanks for your response.

But with OR it's not working as expected.

If we search school with English.

It also shows the Math after filtering the results.

Can we run multiple query OR and AND together?

Can you share the code for it?

Thanks

Lokendra

Hello Lokendra

Within one taxonomy there can be only one logic of comparison.

If you need a different behavior, you should customize the plugin code.

Unfortunately, we do not have a ready-made solution.
