Quote from Dean on November 30, 2021, 21:39I have two currencies set up, Canadian Dollars (Default currency) and US Dollar using GeoIP. It has been working fine, all of a sudden it starting showing the wrong prices. I am in Canada, and it is showing the US dollar prices within Canada.
Some times it shows the correct (Canadian Dollar) Prices, and sometimes it is the wrong (US Dollar) prices in the same session.
It has the wrong prices from the display until the checkout, including shipping. I have cleared my server cache, and the cache on the devices I have tried on.
How do I get this fixed so I don't lose out on sales?

Quote from Dean on December 15, 2021, 23:29I followed those steps, and the converter was working fine until today. I am in Canada, and it is showing me the prices in US dollars again. This causes confusion with my customers who see one price, and then it changes out of the blue.
I have not updated anything in the settings of the plugin, I haven't updated anything on the back end of my website. It seems to have arbitrarily stopped working.
I can't have this plugin under charging customers because there is some kind of glitch. Is there a solution that will fix this for good? Or is it just something that happens with this plugin?

This causes confusion with my customers who see one price, and then it changes out of the blue. - Are you sure your clients see a different currency?
And keep in mind that GeoIP works only for the first visit of the user, then the plugin stores the last currency of the user
What plugin version number are you using?
Drop me screenshots oh the plugin settings

How do you want me to send the screenshots?
My customers aren't switching countries between visits, and I certainly am not changing countries or currencies.

Once again - GeoIP works only for the first visit, then the user can change the currency as he wants Using myself as an example, I (in Canada) sign in to my website, it is in Canadian dollars. After a week or so, I just happen to check in, and it is using US dollars. At no time did I change the currency, I didn't change my location, so nothing changed except the plugin.

Ok!
I don't know how to make a link for screenshots, but those options are on. - You can create a custom page on your site. and just insert screenshots as normal images into the content of the page and drop me the link
Please create a test page with shortcodes - [woocs_show_current_currency][woocs_geo_hello] - and drop me the link
if I want to add a 2% surcharge for USD to make up for the exchange loss - note that this increases the rate, not the price of the product. To increase the rate by 2% insert: 2%
