Change GET URL to use the archive page only, not the current page
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. We need to change the GET Request to always use the archive page, where in the PHP Code do we find it, so we can use the filters on any page.
Example:
Filter is on http://www.myshop.com/contact
Filter sends me to esc_html('/shop/);

I'm not sure if I understood you correctly.
If the page does not have a template for displaying search results, the plugin will automatically redirect to the shop page
