Change color in Overlay skins

Good day,
I can't find the color settings for Overlay skins anywhere.
Can the color be changed, please?
There is no such setting in the administration.

1) Navigate to the file - woocommerce-products-filter\js\plainoverlay\jquery.plainoverlay.min.js"
2) In this file, find the color #17f29b (use CTRL+F) and replace it with a different color
For svg - if you want to change overlay skins
1) Navigate to the folder - woocommerce-products-filter\img\loading-master\
2) Find svg file that you need.
3) Change the color code. Example: http://clip2net.com/s/3ATaSUv
