Two of our taxonomies are not able to be filtered. All the rest are fine.

I can't find anything different about the two taxonomies that aren't working - the settings seem to be all the same as all the taxonomies that are working.

The taxonomies are:"Size" and"Material"

When any taxonomy item is selected under size or material, the filter does not load them.

Yes, this is very strange.

For the test I made two links to check this without the influence of my plugin:

https://climbingholds.net/shop/?pa_size=s  - 404  error   - although a GET request should not affect redirection in permalinks

Cleared all caches, regenerated database and look-up tables.

Has not resolved the issue unfortunately.

It's a Linux-based Lightsail instance. I usually connect through the browser-based SSH client through the server console.

Should I share SSH key so you can access through Filezilla or something?
