Category info not shown when access through filtered URL

I have configured this category (the standard category from woocommerce product): https://www.singuladerm.com/categoria/contorno-ojos/
But when I try to access it with some filters applied the header and the description is changed to the filtered taxonomy: https://www.singuladerm.com/categoria/contorno-ojos/?swoof=1&tratamiento=ojos&paged=1&really_curr_tax=39-product_cat
This doesn't happen if I try it in a custom taxonomy:
- https://www.singuladerm.com/gamas/xpert/?swoof=1&tratamiento=facial&really_curr_tax=66-Gamas
- https://www.singuladerm.com/gamas/xpert/
I have the option Advanced > Disable influence of swoof
Is there any configuration i'm missing?

I see what you mean, but for SEO reasons i can't change de URL from categoria/contorno-ojos/ to /categoria/contorno-ojos/swoof/tratamiento-ojos/
What I need is the way we worked until now, with parameters: /categoria/contorno-ojos/?swoof=1&tratamiento=ojos&really_curr_tax=39-product_cat
Also see that when I acces to /categoria/contorno-ojos/swoof/tratamiento-ojos/ you can see that two of the filters I have configured disapears so the user can't modify the selection

you can see that two of the filters I have configured disapears - It looks like a third-party script changes the display template (query):this changes the archive to the category from the search query.
Now it works with replacing the archive page with a store template. You can test it
To investigate this can I disable plugins/theme?
To test plugins and theme, please try it in this domain: http://kubedesarrollo.online.mialias.net/ using same credentials
Note that the theme is a custom theme developed from zero.

Ok ! I did a test.

Try to create these custom taxonomies with - https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/ - and do a test
