We have a custom page with filters.

When user selects a category filter, the whole categories filters disappear from sidebar.

This doesnt happen with the other kinds of filters, only for categories.

We had to set option “Disable swoof influence” to TRUE, because load more was not working properly for results (only max 10 was showing, load more doesnt work). Which is another issue.

But if we set it true, the plugin removes the categories from the filters, after filtering results....

Seems similar to this issue https://pluginus.net/support/topic/search-by-text-not-working-when-disable-swoof-influence-is-on/

Hello

unfortunately I don't see the filter for your link

Please try to enable SEO URL - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20240312125214.png

and do a test

Check this url now https://www.temporary-url.com/039F5F

We had to move away from the WooCommerce shop page, as it was controlling too much what we needed to do.

Why would SEO URLs help with any of this?

Anyway, now finally main prod categories dont disappear anymore from filter.... BUT now we cant use load more... only standard pagination.

Can you please help with this load more issue?

Hello

Why would SEO URLs help with any of this?  - Wordpress redirects to the archive page if the request contains a taxonomy slug. This setting removes the slug from the GET request
