Hello
I need to see data struture and play with it, also it can be plugins conflict (be sure that some filter plugins not isnatlled on the same moment). I can suggest you next:
- install https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
- make site clone on test subdomain
- in the private area of this ticket provide please wp-admin acess to that stage site

What experiments you also can do: disable all plugins on the stage site exept HUSKY+WooCommerce and see if anything chaged, and if all is ok one by one enable plugins and see if the issue is back ...
