Cannot change the show more and less button text

Hello, I want to change the show more and less button texts but nothing I try doesn't work.
I tried translating them with loco translate. The changes do not appear.
I tried adding this code:

Again, it doesnt work.
I also dont have the premium options available. Maybe because it's a staging site?
